Main texture pack not selecting

Although it usually works by itself when used with forge i cant select the main 128x pack in the menu, however the addons to cover the mods work fine.

Can you post your latest.log from your logs folder when the pack fails to load?

Try disabling Mipmaps in the OptiFine Quality options.
