Minecraft Crashes after installing purebdcraft texture pack 1.6.2 128


After installing this texture pack minecraft will not load - it crashes every time i try to start it. Here is the log from the crash - HELP! How do i recover from this?

That's a mighty strange error you got there. Have you tried testing out the 64x pack?

how does one install it manually? i have the folder on my desktop (mac) and usually i set this up inside of minecraft but since i can't launch minecraft - i can't do that...

yes i do but i cant get in to install it because the texture pack chrashes it

You need to delete the existing texture pack so that it defaults to normal textures.

You can't delete it in minecraft anyway... You navigate to your minecraft folder, open the resourcepacks folder and delete it manually or move it out of that folder somewhere else so minecraft can't see it in there.
