Outer lair for the netherite helmet are not connected to the rest of the helmet so when your character moves their head the helmet doesn't move with it

We don't modify anything to do with the behaviour of the Netherite helmet, we just replace the textures. So it's unlikely any of our packs are responsible for this issue.

Make sure you're not using any other packs which may be effecting the helmet, and make sure it definitely works correctly in vanilla with no packs loaded.

Have you checked with no packs loaded at all?

The only packs that are loaded are purebdcraft and purebdcraft HD UI

No only when the purebdcraft is active

Try deleting the pack from your console via Options > Storage and then re-downloading it.

Reinstalled it and it is still broken

Sadly I don't know what else to tell you. No one else is complaining about the issue, and as I said before we don't change anything that would cause this behaviour.

I would suggest you post a bug report on the official tracker stating you've already tried to get help from the pack creator, but they were unable to help or replicate the issue: https://bugs.mojang.com/
