Every time I try to play with this addon installed, I get this message in chat every few seconds:

"OpenGL Error: 1281 (Invalid value)"

How do I fix this? I have come to the conclusion that the source of the problem is this addon.

Disable VBOs in your Options.

Thank you so much! Error message doesn't appear anymore. Such a fast reply too! :)

Or just check the "Hide OpenGL errors in the chat" button (or something like that) in Optifine options

The errors can sometimes cause other issues. Surpressing warnings isn't a fix.

mmh, it sounds like suppressing a feature (VBOs here) is not a satisfying solution too, but until i can't tell what's the real utility of VBOs, I guess desactivate it isn't worst than hiding the warning message...

VBOs are meant to optimise draws to the GPU.

Technical explanation: https://gaming.stackexchange.com/a/177265

The small gains it gives in Minecraft isn't worth possible other rendering issues, if you have problems.

When I disabled VBOs I barely noticed a difference to anything so I’d say it was a satisfying fix

@Hanfox

Does this work with MC 1.12 or is there a version that does?
I really like these Connected textures

In older versions of PureBDcraft CTM & Transitions are included in the main pack.
