spawned villagers show up as fish people. Reloading client does not help, spawning from either egg or spawner spawns these fish villagers. Is there a fix for this, or an occurring problem?
Edit: Do mods cause conflicts with texturepacks?

The villagers were changed to be different in each biome a while ago.
Try looking for other villages in other biomes or use the Customizer to change them to the old style.

What is the Customizer?
edit: oh this is also in the plains biome.
