So I just bought the purebdcraft pack on ps4 and I noticed that it has the starwars characters I prefer the Original mobs is there any way around this or should I get my money back

PureBDcraft has always had Jawas as the villagers, so I'm not sure what you mean by "original mobs". Jawas are now exclusive to the desert, other species are in other biomes.
You should also be aware that marketplace purchases are final. You can't get refunds for them.

It also says 2 texture packs but theres only 1

The 2 packs are the main textures and the UI pack.
If one is missing try restarting the game.
