PureBD for Minecraft Java 1.14

Hi, I'm really sorry if you've had this question before, but I play Minecraft version 1.14 on java. I clicked download on PureBDcraft for 1.13, but when i get into the game it is only compatible with version 1.9. Please help.

That doesn't really make much sense. Can you provide a screenshot of the game telling you that?

Also the filename of the file you downloaded from this website would be helpful.
