Which heart texture is incorrect? Do you have a screenshot? How does it look without PureBDcraft?

Screenshot? Minecraft version? Resourcepack version? Are you using mods?

Without any extra information there's nothing we can do. No one else is complaining about an issue with the hearts.

Do you just have an issue with how the hearts that indicate your health aren't heart-shaped? If so, that's an intentional design choice. It follows the pack's design, which mostly uses angles and pentagon shapes instead of curves.

You can upload a screenshot to any image hosting site, such as e.g. https://imgur.com

But, yes, as enderkitsune points out, the hearts aren't meant to be heart shaped.

The hearts that indicate my health are heart shaped I need them back to what it was before that happened

You need to activate the UI resourcepack that comes with PureBDcraft.
