Sheep Face Textures Not Working

I have tried just about everything I can think of to fix the face texture on the sheep to use PureBDCraft's texture, but for some reason nothing I'm doing is working and it continues to use the default Minecraft texture. All installation instructions were followed to a T (and even double checked just in case I may have missed something) and even tried to see if there may have been something conflicting with the texture, but found nothing. Any help in regards to this would be greatly appreciated.

Important Info:

• Minecraft Version 1.16.4
• Forge ver. 1.16.4 - 35.1.32
• PureBDCraft 128x 1.16.4
• Optifine HD U G6 (1.16.4)
• Addons: PureBDCraft Customizer, CTM Transitions, Damaged Items, Flat UI (all 1.16), Sphax Quark 128x (for PureBDCraft, ver. 1.15)
• Mods in Use: Quark (1.16.4), Quark Oddities (1.16.4), VoxelMap (1.16.4), Charm Reforged (1.16.4)

Notes & Things I've Already Tried:

• Making sure PureBDCraft's Resource Pack was above the default Minecraft resources.
• Ensuring that Sphax's Quark Resources aren't causing the issue.
• Issue was occurring before I added Optifine and persisted after installation of Optifine.
• Sheep_fur is working fine. Only the sheep's face and sheered body are using Minecraft defaults.

I would assume it's one of the Quark mods. Have you tried disabling Oddities and Charm?

I have isolated both of those mods to determine the cause and discovered it was Charm! Thank you so much! Now I need to figure out how I can continue using it without it interfering or if I just need to deal. lol
