strange mix of resource pack and original textures

Running newest 256x purebdcraft with 1.17.1 and the current release Better Minecraft Fabric mod pack, but it's been ongoing for a while with previous versions of Better MC. Some blocks just keep randomly using either purebdcraft textures, or the original textures right next to each other. Mossy Cobblestone is one of the really obnoxiously noticeable ones. Is this caused by a mod conflict, or am I doing something wrong? I'm using GDLauncher if that makes a difference.
