I'm Supporter, but there is advertisement in my package. I was logged in while downloading the texturepack, but on the sign and some banners is advertisement anyway. Can you help me?

. There you can see, there is advertisement on the banner and the sign, but I already paid for supporter. After this I downloadet the package again.

Supporter doesn't remove anything from the packs, they are static textures.

The Othala symbol on the banner is there because at one point Mojang made Sphax remove their icon and we have no reason to really put it back.

The text on the sign is just so it's not a bare sign whilst in your hand. Neither are advertisements, nor could they really be considered ads as you've already been "sold" on the pack by downloading it.

I thought, the point: "A COMPLETELY AD-FREE EXPERIENCE!" meant: no ads anywhere
