There was an issue on our website processing validations, which has now been fixed.

Just bought 1 year supporter role for my account but it hasn't given it to me. I have a confirmation email saying it is for my forum account (BionicTem) but i can still see ads

There was a minor issue with processing new Supporters which is now fixed. Your Supporter is now properly activated. Sorry for the issue.

im a suporter but i dont see any way to log in to download new version or other resolution.
do i have to pay each time i want stuff and dont want the ads ??
why dont you have a login page like any other website ?

The system is connected to your forum account. If you're logged in on the forum you shouldn't see ads for the duration you have Supporter, if you do try clearing cookies/cache for BDcraft.net and logging back in.

Besides that I don't know what you mean about not being able to see other versions or resolution. None of the downloads are physically hidden. People who don't have Supporter will still see downloads, they just can't access them to get the file.

No packs have been released for MC1.17 yet.

We activate your Supporter as soon as we receive confirmation from PaymentWall of a purchase.

If we've not received confirmation yet it's likely that PaymentWall, or the provider you used to pay the money, is doing some sort of checks.

I recommend you check the payment method you used to verify the payment has gone through.
