Unable to download Add-ons

So I have been able to Download PureBDcraft for Minecraft java at 512x but when I go to download and of the add-ons it gives me the dreaded 403- forbidden page. I can't download any of them except for the font add-on that was the only one I was able to download, and yes I have followed all the tips for enabling java script, allowing cookies, using a different browser, going into incognito, or using a regular window, exct... oh i've also tried doing it on my phone and tablet. same results. I'm not using and add blocker either.

anyone got some solutions?
