Vanilla texture not changing in Tekkit

I am playing tekkit right, but for some reason there are vital textures missing to the texture pack and I cannot use spax unless all its textures are working as it should.

I am using the 256x one, but its the same for the 64x too.

Please any fix for this would be awesome, or some troubleshoot for this would also be much appreciated!

You need to install the main PureBDcraft textures, as well as the Tekkit patch.
