Can't download cubik PRO

I paid for cubik Pro and it didn't download or send me a purchase email please help me

I saw the post losts of serial key etc. and none of the steps worked and I couldn't find a "has copy" section
what do i do please reply

As the link I posted before states if the first 2 steps don't work do step 3.
