If you've lost or have never received your Cubik Pro serial or it simply does not work

If you have purchased Cubik Pro, but not have not received a serial key, or have just simply lost your serial or it simply does not work please follow these steps to fix it:

First

  • Whilst logged in to your Cubik account ([link]http://bdcraft.net/user[/link]) go to the Cubik Pro page.
  • You may see a "Your Copy" section.
  • If you click the "Open" button you should see an URL with your key beginning BDC-

Second

  • If the above doesn't work then on the Cubik Pro page find the "You already have Cubik Pro" section.
  • Click the "Get a new email now" link.
  • Fill in the form.

Third

  • If neither of the above work you can email your purchase details (email address, purchase date, purchase receipt, or whatever you can) to [email protected]
