Well, what's a release without an odd bug?

I've quickly released r3 to fix the fact Zombie Villagers were wearing their arms as hats. Thanks to brewhawk for the quick bug report!

This right here is why you are one of the best people on the team, which is incredibly hard to do given how awesome the whole team is.

speaking of bugs, there appears to be a missing texture, was playing on a server that didnt have a server resource pack so i just kept on using bdcraft and noticed the pink and black texture on a block, couldn't figure out which block it was, might just be me but i felt the need to note this in case anyone else experienced this too, thats about as much info i can give on the topic

Missing textures show up in the log. There are no missing texture errors in the logs for the main pack (I always check).

Were you using any addons? Minor possibility it was one of those, but I doubt it.

However, if you ever need to see what a block is just press F3 and look at it. It's on that screen somewhere, or you could look in your logs/latest.log file.

@HanFox
Found some texture bugs while fixing my addon bug.

The cobblestone slab, sandstone slab, red sandstone slab, brick slab, and nether brick slab all change to a smooth stone slab block texture upon placing 2 of the same type of slab noted above on top of each other.

The prismarine slab and stone brick slab changes to a texture of a sandstone slab block when placed the same way as the first batch above,

The dark prismarine slab changes to a red sandstone slab block upon being placed on top of each other in the same way the 2 batches above change,

and finally, the purpur slab changes to a chiseled quartz block upon being placed on top of each other like the previous 3 batches.
You're describing the behaviour of the Extra OptiFine addon.

It's intended for more interesting builds if you use more of them. It is listed in the ExOF thread.

I thought the ExtraOF addon used special metadata for its changing slabs? Or is that not possible in 1.14.X?

metadata was removed in MC1.13 as part of "The Flattening".
