Bug: I think the compass is bugged. It just goes around and around like it's following the sprite sheet.
I can't replicate any issue with the compass. It reacts as the vanilla one reacts (i.e. the red bit points relative to the direction you're facing).

Try with default textures and see if the issue persists. If it does, you have another issue that you may need to report to Mojang if you can't figure out why it's doing it.

I'm not sure what caused it to loop like that, but as soon as I went back to default it was correct. Now when I switch to PureBDcraft it's working as it should. My apologies. If I can figure out how to replicate it again, I'll alert the Mojang bug tracker or the BDcraft Bug Report forum.

Yea, loaded up with PureBD by default and it does just spin. Must be a bug with resourcepacks because the files for the compass are identical in layout and content as the vanilla ones... I didn't see anything on Mojang's bug tracker last night though.

I encountered this issue while testing:

This occurred on 'fast' graphics. I don't know if it's a limitation of MC1.8 or not, so meh...

Also, the sides of glass panes (non-stained) seem to be untextured...

...as does the top of the redstone torch:Image

By the way, it'd be nice if the redstone torch would connect to blocks in the same way that regular torches do (i.e. at an angle).

Sides of glass panes is well textured to prevent any graphical glitch (in Vanilla it has many glitches and it also had many ones in PureBDcraft before)

The redstone torch will maybe recreated from scratch again because I'm not quite satisfied with the result (I tried to make the cube angles beveled). The render is as intended, no bug but limited by Minecraft specs which can't do beveled angles notmally. ;)

For the leaves, I need to check that. I've not changed anything on them, so the bug is maybe due to change on Vanilla or is also a bug of 14w30c...

About the grass, I'll tweak it for future versions of PureBDcraft. I know that it lost the old clean look but I wanted some changes with a bit more details. It was time to revamp the grass texture knowing it had 3years old! ;)

Fair enough. I'm already starting to enjoy the look of it. :)

Why are alot of the items super thin? I love this resource pack but this is very very wierd. Like the pick and shovel are super thin and don't really have a full model like they use to. It may just be mine, I have no idea.

Read back a page or two. Sphax changed it to improve the look of the items and add antialiasing(Smooth edges). However, I'm doubtful about it. I quite liked the thickness on the tools. 'specially the picks
I make sphax tutorials once in a blue moon - Textures like a monkey with a typewriter

Ah, thank you for explaining why it is like that.

The flowing lava in the 256x256 version is untextured, it is the black and purple untextured version. At least it is for me.
