Am I allowed to use the pack for monitarised Yt lets plays ?
And am I allowed to write my user name in tehtexture of the inventory ?

You can use it for YouTube let's play and edit it as long as you don't redistribute the pack at all.

You should also make it clear you edited the inventory screen (to avoid suggestions of affiliation) and also link to https://bdcraft.net in your video descriptions.
