Server Texture [PRIVATE] server

Could i use Sphax texture pack for my server it only able 5 people it hamachi and it only friends and it on my dropbox so know one will ever see it my password is nearly impossiple to hack it 30 numbers long so just wondering if possible

Yes, it's allowed as long as it's entirely private and whitelisted/password protected.
