Using Texture Pack In Background?

I was wondering if I would be allowed to use this texture pack in a background I'm making and have the background available for download for everyone. I had a look on the licence page but could work it out.

If I have to ask the creator for permission how do I contact them to ask?

As long as you don't sell the background either by asking for money for people to use it or by hosting it behind a monetised link such as adf.ly you can use the textures.

Just make sure you credit Sphax and https://bdcraft.net

Also, when it's done post it here, too!
