Good day.

I have a realm that is being played on from both PC and Xbox One. I'm trying to change the resolution to 32 or 64. When I change the resolution for the texture pack for the Realm it does nothing. I've tried to change it from both PC and Xbox. Minecraft support answer was just fantastic on it.

"I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your game. Unfortunately, due to a backlog of requests, technical support is limited while we focus on Account and Billing issues.

We encourage you to visit our help center and FAQs here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us. There are many troubleshooting guides that may be able to solve the issue you have reported. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

And that was it...

I think when it comes to Realms you have to do this:
  1. Download the world (Realm Settings → Game → Download World)
  2. Apply the resource pack
  3. Upload the world (Realm Settings → Game → Replace World)
Not entirely sure though. Mojang never gave us any official documentation to help our users.

Yeah I found that answer also but that's not working also. I think (not sure) I saw somewhere also that it is set automatic based on the device... If that is the case then big builds are in the end going to kill a simple Xbox One.
