Which certus quartz? The ore? The dropped crystals? The pure crystals? The seeds?

Which version of the mod are you using? Which pack did you download from the OP?

I use the version from the new direwolf20 pack(1.7.10), the pure crystals(nether, certus and fluix) aren't loading there, that's i think the only thing.
the version of AE2 that i use is RV2-beta-1

The rv2 branch renamed some files due to typos in their filenames.

They've been fixed in the download in the OP since 2014-09-30.

When I install this texture pack, Minecraft will crash with a Mapwriter related crash. This texture pack worked perfectly before installing Opis with Mapwriter. It also worked perfectly with Mapwriter without Opis. I hope we can resolve this as I have used your textures for years...

Opis and MapWriter are both buggy. I've not been able to use them without crashes and without your log I won't be making wild guesses as to crashes either.

Just use Opis by itself, it doesn't need MapWriter as well. Also make sure you have the core mod(I think it's Mobius Core) otherwise Opis won't work

Opis and Mapwriter work correctly, they just won't work with this resource pack. Opis isn't the reason I installed, it was the only working version of mapwriter I could get for certain versions.
