It appears semi-transparency is being passed over most of the blocks. Not sure when that happened, but it means semi-transparent glass instead of those frames that looked out of place when you applied a texture

Works on both latest version for MC1.7.2 and MC1.7.10.

Is it possible for you to give a step by step tutorial on how to fix the glass texture in doors and hatches while using Optifine? I really love this patch, but it sucks that the texture blanks out with Optifine on.
