Go back to the 64x patch. See if that works. If it does then it's a memory issue. If not get back to me. I can't test 128x myself as my computer will not run it.

Interesting that it wouldn't revert to the original textures if there was a memory issue. Well....I'm using the 64x pack with no issues, so, I'll stick with that and chalk up the 128x pack as not usable with 24GB/RAM (or is it a video RAM issue?).

Just a side note (do what you will with the info), some of the chisel blocks are not the same size in 64x/128x in the 1.12.2v0.xxxx. Some examples:

-Basalt Array 128x128 in 64x pack and 192x192 in 128x pack
-Basalt bricks-chaotic 192x192 in 64x pack and 256x256 in 128x pack

Was this intentional due to the details not being clear on lower res?

Either way, I really do appreciate the textures!!! :) Thanks for making Minecraft come to life!

Checked my zip files and Array is 256 x 256 and chaotic is 384 x 384 in the 128x patch. What you are saying is not possible because I use the 128x patch as my starting point when I resize. All I select is a batch 50% and let it run, so you would not get 128 from 192.

I tried using the 64bit version and then i changed to the 128bit version of 1.12 minecraft. When i die that the Cobblestone Arrayed , Trodden, and Celtic. are totaly different designs between the 2 versions. Why would this be?

Probably because the version you started with is very old and the new versions were updated to be inline with the rest of the new textures Chisel made for 1.12

They were both from this page downloaded just last week. The Cobblestone in the 64bit are better then the 128bit in design except for the Celtic. The Celtic has a better design in the 128bit. I guess what i am saying is the 64bit each design stands out nice and in the 128 bit the designs seem to blend together having not that much differences at least in the few i mentioned.

This is what happens when the size drops from 128 x 128 pixels to 64 x 64 pixels.

So the blocks look totally different in design between 64bit and 128 bit? I am not talking quality i am talking total look of the block.
Like in 128bit the Celtic has the normal rapping 8 figure look to it. In 64bit it is just a block with a raised boarder round the outside. Is this correct?

So you will find one of your files ends in Ver 1.0.0.42 and the other just says MC 1.12 (The 0.2.1.35 version). There are 2 different versions for MC1.12 and you are using an early version on a later version of the mod, which means the connected textures will not work, hence the 2 types of image you are seeing. Re-download the latest version 1.0.0.42. This will fix your issue.
