Can you give us a screen shot of what happens when you goto the link in Chrome? Do you have any kind of anti-virus or firewall software that's running on your machine? Are you behind a router? Do you have administrative access on your machine? Lastly, does your internet connection go through some kind of proxy?
I know, question overload, but they are necessary to filter out what might be the cause of your issue. I would suggest instead of using IE, try Firefox as your alternative browser.
Just an FYI, you do
not need to have an account with copy.com to get access to the download. If you're logged in, log out and try to download while logged out. We need to make sure other people don't have the same problem as you
Hmm, very strange...I just tried it in Firefox and it worked wonders. -_-! Anyway, let's see if we can fix this for Chrome, hate having 3 browsers installed, let alone 2.
Here's the screenshot of what happens in Chrome:

I do have an antivirus, Symantec Endpoint Protection, never blocks anything that's not a virus, as far as I know. I am behind a router, and have administrative access to my computer, and no, I do not have a proxy. Hopefully this'll help you figure it out. Oh, by the way--I can get to the website on my laptop and download the zip fine, so maybe it's something having to do with my desktop computer itself. Thanks for the suggestion for Firefox, guess I'll use that to get the remaining patches.
(Then uninstall it because lag.)
