@UNG You need to link directly to the image for the images to display correctly.

I took a look inside the most recent patch. One thing that struck me was the amount of default textures still present inside. Please delete any default reference textures inside; because having them in the patch only makes them look much worse in game when doing a batch resize. I'm already checking through for guis not to resize for certain resolution drops, and having defaults to tiptoe past only means more work for users who batch resize themselves.

I've also found a few textures that were still in 512. Again, it's an issue for batch resizing, but less so than the reference textures as BIMP can batch resize to a set image width or height with relative ease. Default reference textures are just unnecessary for installation in game in addition to being odd sized.

All that said, job well done. :)

EDIT: It may also be worth it to change the topic title to the correct most up to date mod version covered by the patch so far; perhaps even as a [WIP] for that version of the mod.

Also, for those wanting lower resolutions. May I refer you to my signature for a few tools to help with batch resizing.

Have fun. :)

Does anyone have the textures for overlays? Or can someone explain what I need to change the fact that all be colored me?

Hat jemand die Texturen für die Overlays? Oder kann mir jemand erklären, was ich daran verändern muss, dass alle eingefärbt werden?

Sorry for my bad english, i give my best that you understand me.

I use GregTech v4.08n

Any plans on completing the textures for the plethora of added dusts, plates, and so on found in 4.08b? I've found (through this thread) lots of updates I've had to add for higher-res tools and so on and have been working on the missing textures on my own a little bit (mostly just re-shading/re-coloring existing high res items from other parts of this mod or other mods in general to make up for it).

No rush or anything, just didn't know if this is the correct place to be looking for these textures.

Also, if it helps anyone or if requested via replies here or pm I can continue doing minimal effort to finish these textures (I'm a novice at photoshop at best) and provide a link to anyone interested.

Just let me know, I'm here to help, not to take over :)

*edit* Now that I've spent a few hours doing a few textures I came to the dusts and realized there are only 4 that hadn't been textured, and none when it comes to cells where in game there are clearly tons more. The main one I went in to texture was the rubber pulp (really wish rubber would come at as sticky resin or raw rubber at the very least) but I can't find the item/texture anywhere. Not in greg's mod, not in the texture pack. Anyone have an idea where his rubber pulp texture is?

It appears this thread may have been abandoned by the owner.... If someone is willing and able to finish this up, who has time, I'd be happy to let them take ownership.

@DumbGuyDan You can reply to this message with whether or not you plan to continue working on this patch. If, however, there is no response within a few days, I will try to pass this thread onto the next best candidate :)
