Yes, but yesterday was the downloadssite copy.com and after downloading when i try to open it a error appeared.

Is it possible for you to update thsi patch to the newest version of the mod?
(I think it is 59.0.1...dont't know what is new in it, but in fact it has 3 new machines, water cutter for example)

No, I'm not updating IC2 texture patches anymore.
If someone wants to do the textures they can do so and post them in the thread. 512x textures are preferable.
