As requested I have had a go at updating Thermal Expansion. Not 100% happy with the hand held pump or transfuser textures so if anyone wants to make something better post them up and I'll add them.

Changelog: Add 5 x Augments: Auto Input, Auto Output, Machine Null, Dynamo Throttle and Machine Furnace Food, plus Handheld Pump and Transfuser. Also a Circle Plate and associated GUI's.

Edit: Missed 3 of the augments. Fixed now.
