Tin ingots don't match the ore colour (ore is white, ingots are "iron" colour).
Isn't that how many ores are? The oxide is a different colour to the pure form?
Even the iron ore in Pure is orange, like iron ore, and the ingot is grey.
For example, many copper ores are green, not orange. (Copper oxide is green)

(Obviously this is less intuitive, and thus less done in texturing, but it's technically realistic)

Ok so my original post/feedback was a knee jerk reaction (must stop doing those), after playing with TE 1.10.2 for the last few days I can live with it. Of course that means I will be changing all the mods I use to have the same ingots/dusts/nuggets/gears etc but hey ho.

For both MC1.10 and MC1.11 (as they're identical; just a different mcmeta format).

Still very confusing. Basically just for MC1.12 going forward, I guess. I think KingLemming has alluded to as much now anyway.

#Added: nugget_emerald, tome_experience, mushroom_stew fluid & refined_fuel fluid
*Renamed: gem_coke to fuel_coke, lexicon to tome_lexicon

Redrew CadenDonut's Experience fluid (and made a lazy flow variant that technically doesn't make sense :D).

v2.3.7 2017-11-29
#Added: experience and potion fluid; upgrade items (copied from Thermal Expansion)

Bit of a wonky and unfinished update. The older MC1.12 zip may have stuff it doesn't need and is likely missing stuff it does need. Let me know and I'll update them when I can.

The newer one is currently the same as the older one with the old shields removed.

Hopefully I'll get more time to update some point soon.

v2.3.11 2018-05-05
-Removed: old shield textures

v2.3.10 2018-05-05
#Added: crude_oil_red_sand, coke, charcoal blocks; horse armor; dye item
#Added: xmas variants of basalz and blitz

I redid the shields (stone is currently missing). They're mildly fancy. Lots of sticky out bits ;)

I'll try and finish this off soon :| Getting a few hours every couple of weeks isn't great ^.^;;

v2.4.1 2018-05-27
#Added: Shields (except Stone)

-- edit --

I realized I made the shields in a pretty inefficient manner, so I've tweaked them. Stone is still missing and of course the drill parts.

If you downloaded the update from yesterday and you unpacked it for whatever reason make sure you delete the whole thermalfoundation folder before you update or it'll break.
