Using GIMP to flip the tools. Going to do the parts manually tomorrow. Should be ready by lunchtime. Thanks for the offer though. :)

-snip-

I was talking about the slots being flipped in the armorextended gui...
This was how it looked but it will be fixed next version https://imgur.com/a/j3RqW#2jdynYX

But mdiyo said to me in esper irc:
[18:43] <mDiyo> Mrbysco: I'll fix the slots so it renders right in the next update.

The armorextended gui have to be changed to blend in with the 2 other extra slots being 2 other heart canister slots

In the latest beta release the top 2 slots are now the new heart canisters, as you said, but for the normal release I'll fix it soon.

As for the new beta I'll release this as a patch to add to the existing download as this is only a beta and most people won't be using it. Having to add another complete download version for 1.6 will just confuse people. Give me a couple of days.

edit: If anyone is trying the 1.7 version then just use the 1.6.4 with mechworks, its the same file structure so it should work ok.

Updated the op with textures for the latest stable version of Tinkers. Updated all metal and stone fluid to give a molten affect. Also added the new dusts.

Also added a dev download section for the latest 1.5.4 dev version which add new heart canisters and changes the Armour GUI slightly. (This is a patch you add to the stable version)
@ mrbysco hopefully this will work for you.

I'm having an interesting issue going on. Not sure what is causing it, but when I right click on the Smeltery Controller to open it, the side menu never pops up, where you put your ore to be smelted. I can't even shift-click ore into the controller. Pic in the spoiler.

I've looked inside the texture pack, to make sure that it didn't have a glitchy download, and the smeltery side png is in the gui folder like it should be, but it just isn't showing up in-game. Any help?

From your own investigation you have already found the texture pack is ok. Try the usual things: make sure you have the latest java, ensure you have enough ram allocated, and make sure you don't have optifine. It has been known to have major issues with tinkers.

Plus I need to know what version of tinkers you are using plus what resolution. Good luck.

I just updated Java yesterday, so that shouldn't be the issue. I also have 4GB of ram allocated, but I can up it if I need to. I am using the most recent, stable version of TC for 1.6, which is version 1.5.3. The resolution I'm using is x128.

Try re-downloading your version to TC and re-adding it. I'm using my latest version in my own Direwolf pack with no issues. I have allocated 8GB though. Try a bit more ram. You never know.
