Simple. You don not have enough memory allocated or your computer just can't handle it. I can't get the 128x patch to work on my machine either. I always use 64x. I make it because there are some people who have monster computers.

Check your task manager and see how much is being used. As I said, I cannot get it to work on my machine so I have no idea how much to allocate. Maybe someone who has got it to work can post up what they did.

Sorry I cannot help further.

Having problems with the thermal dynamics ducts.. Any idea why? Is it my settings? Could it be optifine?

There are 2 simple things you can do.
1: Remove optifine. If this fixes it them it was optifine.
2: Disable Sphax textures. If the problem is still there then there is a problem with the mod.

Hope this helps.

Oh yes, it's certainly optifine... I'll just have to find a more suited version then.. Any to recommend?

I have never used optifine, so I not really in a position to recommend. Maybe someone who reads this post who has got it to work can recommend which version works.

Usually mods are fixed to a degree by disabling "Fast Rendering".

I can't recall the exact location of it in the Options. Video or Performance section I think.

Hi,

Thanks for the pack, just wanted to say that the 128x version 2.0 isn't loading properly and is giving me black and purple squares.
Don't think it's a ram allocation issue since I allocated 24gb, unless that still isn't enough.

The 64x still looks good though :)

Thanks
