Hi looks like nice pack could you make a 32x patch? please my computer seems lag from 64x packs

I've found a bug in the current version of this patch:
lightningring.png.mcmeta file is missing from
assets/thaumcraft/textures/items.
It's a part of the animated texture for Thaumostatic Harness' SFX.
Otherwise, awesome work.
