For some reason this pack add on messes up my whole textures in the YogCraft pack, and most of the time the vanilla textures are missing like the item bar at the bottom, the text on the opening screen and sometimes the floor is missing.
Im trying to get a screenshot of it but it wont let me take a shot of any of the menus which is where part of the problem is.

ImageImageImageThere should be machines and stuff here.

For some reason the base textures for the Sphax pack are not working for FTB Ultimate. The game just uses the defaults. However, when I add the add-on, all add-on textures work while the original ones do not. I'm using the 128x128 texture packs for MC1.5.2 that FTB Ultimate uses. Can anyone help me with this? Is any more information needed? Thank You!

Take a closer look at Ultimate's MC version... it's 1.4.7, not 1.5.2. Between the two versions, they have completely different texturing structures. For one, 1.5.2 textures need to be "unstitched" now; 1.4.7 textures had to be stitched together. There hasn't been a new version of Ultimate since 1.4.7 to my knowledge, but Unleashed and Unhinged have that mc version.

All I can say is check and double check your mc version before patching your textures blindly; never just assume. Otherwise, I'd say do some custom work to make your textures fit together or move onto another pack and mc version that actually works.

Now, 1.6.x is supposed to have another difference in texture file structure, but most mod packs haven't caught up to that mc version yet.

Question, will there be a patch to the smaller resolutions? Or is there is way to fix that myself? Mostly because the kid's computers drag on the fps when trying to play the FTB mod pack with any texture above a 32x. The 16x would be ideal. If need be I'll set it up myself but kids are about to drive me around the bend about wanting to have the texture pack when they are playing. Thanks for any help you can give me.

It's easy enough to do it all yourself. Sure, it may take a bit of time to set up and then actually resize that many textures, but the sense of accomplishment for doing it myself is better than letting certain patch authors get up and do it themselves. Less frustrating this way.

My signature has some helpful links to this end. Question, how many times do I have to answer the same questions right after each other in the same thread? :)

I figure it's like my youngest, you'll hear "why" (or in this case "how") about a half a dozen times until it sinks in. :P :3

I've been routinely checking this thread for updates and registered with the forums to ask this question:

Does anyone know if jakeytaylor is still working on the 1.5 [BETA] version of this patch? If not, is someone else working on a less "beta" version?

The reason I ask is that I run DW20 1.5.2 on FTB and have noticed many textures aren't necessarily missing (the image files are contained in the texture pack) - it seems as if Minecraft is not assigning the appropriate texture to each item properly. For example, all of Thaumcraft, Railcraft, parts of Forestry, etc.

I haven't dabbled in patch creation so I am unsure where item IDs are tied to the actual textures but this appears to be where things are breaking down. I apologize if this is a local issue (my fault) but I've tried re-downloading and patching together the ZIPs to help eliminate user error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
