That's quite true. While I cannot necessarily understand all the complexities, this issue is fairly likely a variable which can be changed.

As you said, I have no real understanding of what it might affect, but by the looks of the number itself, I can only guess that it was simply an arbitrary number decided because "surely no one will put that many textures in a directory".

If its a complex problem to fix, fine, but I would love to see some sort of response for those who are stuck waiting with 1.5.

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but maybe I can get a little help here anyways. I've looked all over the forums for these textures for the Sphax FTB Unleashed that I am missing. Hope anyone can help!

Missing Textures.

Sir, you'll likely never see a complete texture patch for an entire modpack of this size. There'll always be defaulted textures somewhere inside until Minecraft stops putting out new versions (not any time soon) and mod packs do the same for at least several months (almost never). It's impossible to keep up with texturing such a volatile and changing game environment when everyone tries to make it look so good. Leave alone the amount of work it takes to compile each individual mod patch into a working mod pack patch.

Feel free to look for missing textures to your favorite mods individually and add them into your own pack yourself, but compiling for a mod pack takes time. We can't all sit around without lives to get to... usually. :)
