I did a quarryplus 64x for my last pack. I'm no texture artist but maybe I'll pull it apart and redo it in 512x as an actual mod pack. Will see what I have in PSD format when I get home from work. I was really happy with some of it and other bits not so much.

Something called a Water Droplet from Mariculture has the pink and black checkerboard.

I don't have any textures from Mariculture - so must be a vanilla texture issue - sometimes I see mods that are missing textures and that's what causes that - if it's textured, then yes - it would be the texture packs fault

Your Enderstorage is the old 1.4.7 stitched textures. 1.6.x available here:

Enderstorage

Dyeblocks in Dyetrees have the checkerboard pattern.

BonaireDreams, I just checked and its not the texture pack. It also does it without the pack. Looks like a mod bug. After all FTB have said this pack is still a public beta. Hopefully it will be fixed in a later release.
If anyone would like to take over any of my threads please contact me. I will continue to host what I have done but expect no further updates.

I'll put out an update later tonight when I'm done playing :O There's quite a bit of changes that will happen - including fixing the MFR animations....they're all broken because .txt files as a replacement for the mcmeta files do not work.

Keep up the good work. Hopefully we can get a ~95% completed pack before it comes out of beta. There still seems to be a lot of mods that need sphax textures. Good news is, most of them are smaller mods, so hopefully some of the talented people out there release them soon.

By the way, how does one actually manage a texture pack of this size? How do you know when textures for a mod have updated for example? Storing all the individual versions of the skins in a txt file or something? Seems like a lot of work!

I check the forums often :) I have a great memory (probably a bad habit) and I just "remember" what I've done LOL. I've put so much work into, it's easy for me to keep track of what I've done. Especially since I include a changelog in the OP.

Ahh I found it. Advanced Genetics adds a Death EnderChest to Rouguelike Dungeons. Those are using the vanilla enderchest texture. That's what confused me. All Good!!
