I did wat the instructions told me to do. I downloaded base sphax, put the patch in the folder of the base spahx, and put the whole folder in my resource packs

Are you by any chance using a Mac?

If so, then you need to copy all the files contained within this download's assets folder, into your main resource pack's assets folder. Unlike PCs, Macs don't merge folders that exist in both assets folders, they simply overwrite.

In other words, a PC will copy the contents of the patch assets folder into the main resource pack's assets folder, whereas a Mac will remove the Main resource packs assets folder's contents and replace them with the patch's contents.

Could someone please tell me how to do once both WinRar files are open. Do I drop the Moonquest asset folder into the Spahx asset folder or do I need to drag the moonquest sphax folder deeper into the minecraft sphax folder. When ever I have tried, When I load up Moonquest I get Minecraft sphax textures and none of the mods have sphax, please help someone.

Thank Gillton

I'm not quite sure what you are doing wrong, but if you look at your vanilla sphax folder, open up assets, you should see one folder namely minecraft. Now open your moonquest folder, then open assets, you should see a bunch of folders with different mod names. Select each of these folders and copy that into vanilla sphax assets folder. If you did this correctly you should see all the mod folders in assets, but you will aslo see the minecraft folder in that place as well.

Do I have to singly drag and drop the mod folders in or can I highlight all and do it that way?

You can select all of them, this is the long way to do it, but since I don't know if you're on a mac or pc, I think this way we know it should work.

Oh and you don't have to use winrar, you can just unzip both and copy the unzipped folder to your minecraft resource packs.

Thanks, I have got it to work :) If I want to add the upgrade files, Would I just do the same as last time or is there files I need to delete and replace?

How do i patch the pack?
It says how to in the OP in the "Installation" section.

Patches never seem to work for me. Is it possible you can upload an already patched version?
Redistributing the base PureBD texturepack is against the License, so no.
Ahh, I didn't realise. Fair enough. Darn, well, I guess I'll stick to default.
It's not that hard. Download it, and you'll get a folder called assets. Drop the contender into the assets folder of your pack
