Also no 128x patch till I get home from my holidays.
It has been a while, is there any progress on this?
Also, I've made one myself but with several 64x textures in it (no bigger size available). I don't know what to expect, but I can't play with it. My performance gets quite a hit when going from 64x. Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong...

Mythixdino, this problem has been discussed multiple times on multiple threads. MC 1.7.10 has problems running large 128x texture packs. This is why I decided not to make one for this pack. People ask, so I make one, then complain because their computer won't run it.

Just accept the fact that 128x will not perform properly on 1.7.10. There is nothing I can do to solve this. It is a fundamental problem within minecraft itself. So I'm sorry to say you will have to stick with 64x.
If anyone would like to take over any of my threads please contact me. I will continue to host what I have done but expect no further updates.

Yeah, I kind of figured that out. I'll stay with 64x then.

Update on 128x.
I can run this. But Optifine is required in order to run the pack, together with at least 6GB RAM.

Could you consider making the 128x pack (Well I've a mixed pack now, because some textures aren't available)?

You asked for. This pack contains as many 128x textures I could find for it. So there are still some 64x textures in there.

WARNING - This pack is over 350mb and will only work on seriously good machines. I had to allocate 12GB to get it to work and then I only had 15fps. You have been warned.

Project Ozone 2 128x
Enjoy :)

Hi, I've been playing PO2 for a little while but decided I wanted to continue playing with the Sphax textures. Now when I download the resource pack it works fine but Minecraft textures are not loaded. So I downloaded Minecraft textures for 1.7.10 (which is the PO2 Minecraft version), I replaced the old 'textures' folder (which only contained a map 'gui'?) with the newly downloaded Minecraft textures. Try to start the game and the game crashes.
I thought "Okay, maybe there is something small that's wrong with the textures but I only need the block textures anyway so I'll just put them in" but the game crashes again.

My main question is: How do I find out which textures are causing the issues?
The game gives me errors like "Hey, we found the problem, it is the mod Bibliocraft!" So I remove the mod and start up, then the game says "Mod missing: Bibliocraft" so this doesn't really help me out. It also says 'There is no log file generated'. :/

Note:
- The game does load with the 'old' Minecraft textures that were in the resource pack download for PO2.
- The game crashes when I try to remove the 'new' Minecraft textures folder with the 'old' one. ???
- All of the textures are downloaded in 32x.

Thank you in advance!

Ok when you download this patch, it does not include the vanilla textures, thats why its called a patch, to get the Sphax vanilla textures, you'll still need the vanilla texture pack found on here
now when you download both the vanilla Textures and the patch for PO2, have the patch above the vanilla texture pack on the Resource pack screen in minecraft.

gijssking, you need to up the amount of RAM you are allocating to minecraft. You need to allocate around 8GB for the 64x pack.
