The 1.12.2 Pack

Offers a unique collection of mods that other packs failed to bring – and in the best possible way. Your world is your own – exploring dimensions, performing magic, or building automated tech systems are all possibilities! Playing with friends or alone, it never gets boring.

Installation Instructions

Show
  1. Download the main BDcraft pack from here (make sure you select the correct version of Minecraft you're playing and the correct resolution to match the patch you download!).
  2. Download the patch from this thread.
  3. Open your client and then click Options > Resourcepacks > Open resourcepack folder.
  4. Place both downloaded zips in the folder.
  5. Close and reopen the resourcepacks screen in game.
  6. Select both packs, moving them from the left to the right side of the screen. Make sure this patch is above the BDcraft main pack.
  7. Click done and wait for the textures to load.
    • Note: If your client crashes or the textures stay default try assigning more RAM to your client.

Great stuff! Is there anyway to use this patch with a higher resolution? I understand that modded stuff would still be in x64 but I don't know if that would be compatible with the higher resolutions. Dunno how this game works with its files so any info would be amazing!

Thanks. Yes, minecraft supports mixed resolution resource packs....but with really large mod packs like this one you will be seriously degrading the performance and stability for not much gain. just with the 64x pack, I need to allocate about 10 gigs of ram to stop it from hitching. Also the larger the resource pack the more Minecraft is required to load, I tried creating a 128x pack but it took about 20 minutes to just start minecraft and open a save, not very practical for a mod pack that is still being frequently updated that may have crashing/performance/memory leak issues of its own even without the recourse pack.

If I install this resource pack about half of all textures (water, enderio, ae2, mekanism, ...) disappear. Sometimes they come back, when i look at specific angeles, but e.g. Water disappears completely. Did anyone experience the same? I tried removing the ctm mod, but even then it didn't work. There's also sometimes an OpenGL error, which says: "OpenGL Error: 1281 (Invalid value)". It would be nice if anyone knows a fix, because this pack is really nice

Usually these issues can be fixed by doing the following:
Go to Options > Video Settings > Use VBOs > OFF
