Thanks for putting this together. I appreciate the time and work you must have spent on these.

I wanted to bring a couple of little bugs to your attention. There seems to be something wrong with the Thermal Expansion textures in the 64x. The front of my Pulverizer turned black.

Also, the Nether Rack textured items in Chisel, with the lava behind bricks, they seem to shift on the last frame of the animation. My floor is moving! =)

Yes, I've had similar oddities in the 32x patch. The usual textures-made-too-small-because-batch-resizing-isn't-smart-on-its-own-and-won't-catch-images-smaller-than-patch's-true-size phenomena is prevalent in this patch. I've got several images that seem to be downscaled to 4x4... not great, but fixable. Question is: will I have to fix this myself or will someone else? :)

I don't blame the poster of any meta patch for this discrepancy. It's the posters of the individual mod patches that should keep their own image sizes consistent (and free of vanilla reference images), but what can one do?

Actually this is all my fault as I downscaled the pack from 128x. I am currently not at home but as soon as I am I will look into that. Sorry for any inconveniences that I have caused.

Eh, most posters don't think to check their image sizing and reference images before submitting... they're sneaky buggers. ;)

Pro tip: you can search for images of certain width/height in windows explorer. "width:16" or "height:16" are very helpful commands in the search box.

EDIT: also, most guis and gui elements are only downscaled from 64 to 32. Gui icons should be preserved for resizing until the 32x patch, otherwise they end up becoming a blurred few pixels in the end result.

Turninator95. I certainly wasn't blaming you and there was no inconvenience. I was just letting you know so you could update for future releases. Thanks again for the time you spend working on this. You've saved me so much time by donating your own. Cheers!

Not sure if I am missing something here, but when putting the 128x pack in my resource pack folder, it doesn't even show up in the list of resource packs!

I downloaded the 128x pack from one drive, running version 2.8.7.5-RR-YOGS, on a windows 8.1 machine with 8GB memory.

I have made sure that Minecraft has at least 4096MB of RAM assigned, so I'm at a loss as to what else could prevent it from appearing in the list?

Can anyone help me please?

Cheers, Eds

Thanks, I appreciate that :3 . I wasn't taking it as a blame, I was just taking the responsibility as I messed up some stuff before (no mcmeta files :P ) as I don't really do this kind of stuff regularly and always forget something. To make it easier to report issues I created a Google From where you can leave me a message with all the stuff that you have noticed so I can fix it in the next update which will probably arrive either this weekend or at the end of next week. The link to the form can be found on the main page.

You forgot to download the base Sphax Pack which is required in order to run it as this is only a patch for it.

Thanks Turminator, I had assumed it was the full pack given it's size.

Will go and get the base pack as well :)

So when I load up the 64x pack the log has the error of '[SEVERE] missing texture' for effectively every single texture, so that when i go into my world every texture is just black or missing. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if so, how to fix it. I have more than enough RAM allocated in the launcher so that's not the problem. Cheers.

Yes, I've had relatively the same issue with the 32x patch, but somehow I found a (newer?) version of the patch a month ago without this issue and have been using that instead. The patch archive said it was ver2 in the name, but I found that one quite some time ago. Could have been from the old post, but could be from this wip post. Aside from various mis-sized images here or there, there are no missing/black textures when I play.

EDIT: I recently downloaded the latest (1.0) version of this patch. Black faced Thermal Expansion machines still occurred, but I was able to transplant the mod's main patch into my resource pack without issue so far, so it's likely an error with resizing where inactive machine faces were being deleted due to incompatibility with the resizing tool.
