i keep trying to make a resource pack for direwolf20 but having real trouble with it can some one help please before i go crazy

For 1.5.2 Han is correct. However, for the new DW20 1.6.4 pack the unleashed pack does not work. I'm hypothesizing this based upon the mods listed by the OP (and the subject) thus the post is relevant.

Actually ForgeMultiPart (by me months ago) and Project:Red (by Duckstepper and Novadragon in WIP) also have textures.

So the Direwolf update to 1.6.4 is a whopper of a mod pack and it is obviously too early for even a WIP patch to be released yet but have spent ages looking for individual mod patches but they too seem strangely elusive considering 1.6.4 isn't as new. is there a simple way to take textures from 1.5.7 work and re structure the files to work in 1.6.4 ?

seems to be some major mods missing textures and would love to play the new pack sphax style

Dropbox is a nice free solution, or mediafire. There are lots of solutions out there, have a look at the solutions the other patch producers are using.
