There hasn't been a patch update for the Ice Cream Sandwich Creepers mod since 1.0.8 (for Minecraft 1.4). I took the time to convert the old version when MC 1.5 was released and more recently modified it for compatibility with MC 1.6, but I didn't create any new textures. I am including a link for my 128x version, but it would be cool if somebody could add the new textures (ice cream blocks and chocolate wafer door) and maintain it.
