[32x - 128x] Stacia Expert pack

Stacia Expert is the first expert modpack for 1.16, and it would be wonderful to have full PureBDCraft support for it

A 128-32x Sphax Official patch for this pack would be incredible, not sure how hard it would be to make, its similar to e2e but i suppose since its 1.16 it might be a bit harder, its also the only 1.16 expert pack so I really hope one does come out.
