Thanks to Llama Farmer for sending me a cleaner version of the OP, it has been updated now with the different downloads. If you wish to merge some textures from the different patches with eachother, you can ... if you know how ;)

I can finally say that this patch has been finished, even if it isn't by me. I was contacted by Llama Farmer with the question if he may release his version of the patch, which is in native 512x, so it'll probably be available for all different resolutions soon.
