Re: My quest for a better patch compiling tool!

I'd like it to compare both; with their file paths as well. Basically, I want the program to take out the busy work of navigating the file trees to find each image, compare their sizes to those of the mod assets, perhaps even make the images available for viewing by the user in a comparison mode, an...

My quest for a better patch compiling tool!

I like being a self-sufficient texture patcher of a sort, but I've got a problem. It's a problem with the tools available for patch compilers in this and other Minecraft texture pack communities. Late last week, I thought it possible and useful for me to write a program that would help me clean and ...

Re: [128x/64x/32x] Yogscast Complete Pack [Updated 02.08.201

Cool patch. My thanks for recompiling it from indies that won't glitch out. Was pretty well needed, but I've got one gripe. Vanillas that most patch authors (still) leave in their individual patches are in this patch as well; being reference textures and patches being WIP. Some of those were even le...

[128x] AtomicStryker's Minions [MC1.6]

Minions By now, many great extensions of the Minecraft gameplay exist (such as Industrialcraft, Buildcraft....) but they have one common weakness. They usually require you to amass X resources before you can make use of the advanced stuff. The process of mining down and then stripmining for raw mat...

Re: Ancient warfare

Seconded. Found this mod while watching The Mind Crafters on Youtube. Found it interesting. :)

Found this archive thread: https://bdcraft.net/forum/x128-x64-x32ancient-warfare

Could be a decent place to start... with only a few textures.

Re: [128x/64x/32x] Yogscast Complete Pack [WIP]

I think what we need is a completely different system for texture pack mods. It would be nice if there was a central database with 512x512 Photoshop, Corel, Gimp and .png files which are sorted by mods. When you then want to make a patch for a mod pack you can choose the mods from a list and if you...

Re: [128x/64x/32x] Yogscast Complete Pack [WIP]

Turninator95, I was seeing a black front on the Pulverizer. I went ahead and replaced the TE textures to fix it. A lot of the animated items/blocks have that pixel jumping issue. All the Mekanism machines are doing it, the lava background bricks from Chisel, the Ender IO machines. I even noticed th...

Re: [128x/64x/32x] Yogscast Complete Pack [WIP]

So when I load up the 64x pack the log has the error of '[SEVERE] missing texture' for effectively every single texture, so that when i go into my world every texture is just black or missing. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if so, how to fix it. I have more than enough RAM allo...

Re: [128x/64x/32x] Yogscast Complete Pack [WIP]

Actually this is all my fault as I downscaled the pack from 128x. I am currently not at home but as soon as I am I will look into that. Sorry for any inconveniences that I have caused. Eh, most posters don't think to check their image sizing and reference images before submitting... they're sneaky ...

Re: [128x/64x/32x] Yogscast Complete Pack [WIP]

Thanks for putting this together. I appreciate the time and work you must have spent on these. I wanted to bring a couple of little bugs to your attention. There seems to be something wrong with the Thermal Expansion textures in the 64x. The front of my Pulverizer turned black. Also, the Nether Rac...
