How to colourise this without it looking tacky?

Some help please on how to colour these rows, everything I try looks tacky and they need to be coloured as the sides of the block are coloured and that relates to the items you place in the GUI. Inoculator inv is wrong in the 1.73b 64x pack, inv needs moving right.

You may want to have a word with Binnie about the slot overlays it seems he's planted one not in the texture which makes things look a little messy

There are 3,460+ textures in the pack alone, couple that with 100+ mods and we find a reason(ish) why people are running out of RAM for Sphax TP for modded packs.

Desperately need 64x and 32x, it may just solve a lot of issues.
