I'm willing to have a look at this but it's going to take a while. I've had a look and there are 3930 files that require texturing. I'm on holiday at the moment so don't expect anything for a good few weeks. I might also do the Mariculture tinkers stuff at the same time.

BonaireDreams, I just checked and its not the texture pack. It also does it without the pack. Looks like a mod bug. After all FTB have said this pack is still a public beta. Hopefully it will be fixed in a later release.

Scales the pic is 1024 x 1024 and for a 128x pack. I only make stuff for 128x as most of these textures will be put into packs. And these days packs are getting extremely large so I don't see the point in anything larger. Yes 256x and 512x looks great but you need a very expensive computer to run it...

LightHero if you add this png to your mfr texture pack under assets\minefactoryreloaded\textures\blocks and call it "tile.mfr.stainedglass"
your stained glass should work.
