GrungeBD doesn't actually have any CTM yet. You're really meant to delete the ctm folder from PureBD before using GrungeBD as Sphax hasn't done proper Grunge versions of the connected textures yet.

There's not much you can do, no as you're already using Optifine.

Then try deleting the entire ctm folder. If it still doesn't work and you can't give MC more RAM you'll need to use a lower resolution of the pack.
