So you're playing on MC1.6.4, but you're using the pack for MC1.19?

As I said before you need to use the right version of the pack for the version of Minecraft you're playing:

What's the filename of the main BDcraft resourcepack you downloaded?

Make sure you've downloaded the correct version of the pack that matches the version of Minecraft you're playing (e.g MC1.7.10 not MC1.17).

GrungeBDcraft currently doesn't texture most of the UI elements. That's one of the main reasons the pack is marked as a Work in Progress.

OptiFine generally has a hard time working with mods, especially if mods do weird things with the rendering.
