Respectfully, the problem is NOT on my end. Well... then i'am doing something wrong... Because i'am have no trouble with this links. An i'am using Ad-Block and Script-Blocker. Works like a charm, with no malware and other nasty thinks. The Problem is definitely on your side. Ore at least at side of...

This is an well known Bug form MC1.8.
Only a few people seems to be able to run MC1.8 with 512x...
This Bug seams to be fixed in MC1.9 :) And looks like not fixable for 1.8.
Just use 256x. It is also nice ;)

One thing you can try, is not using the zip-file.
Just extract the Zip into an Folder in the resource-Folder.
(Because MC loads the hole ZIP on start, regardless if the textures are needed ore not. If you unzip the zips, MC loaded only the needed Textures)
The may help... ore it may not help ;)

There is an Folder Names "Resourcepacks".
And in there, are all your Resourcepacks ;) (of course not the Vanilla-Pack :D )
Delete Sphax and start.

If Sphax was the Problem, it should disappear.
